Founded as a family business in 1996, our Managed Service Provider (MSP) consulting company was born out of a desire to support small businesses in the Chicagoland area. Early on, we identified a critical shortage of qualified Information Technology (IT) Engineers. Recognizing that many fellow MSPs struggled to find experienced Systems and Network Engineers, we took action. We established Managed Service Provider Resources (MSPR) to bridge this gap and empower MSP companies by providing a talent pool of highly skilled, certified IT engineers.

With nearly three decades of experience, MSPResources.us remains dedicated to partnering with managed service providers, helping them achieve sustainable business growth. Unlike conventional models, we offer customized solutions tailored to meet each MSP’s unique business goals and requirements. Most talented individuals are finalized by our senior resources and inducted into our full-time team upon completion of mandatory training.

Our ties in the MSP Services industry go back to the times even when it was just a buzzword, nobody in 1996 was managing networks for a fixed monthly fee but we were.

MSPR was borne out of our entrepreneurial drive to fill the IT and managed services provider industry gaps – the lack of quality Information Technology Engineering Resources. Having witnessed this colossal market gap, we decided to become resource providers to MSP companies. We first founded MSP Company in Chicago and later increased its footprint in the global market by opening off-shore offices.
