Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this client-facing role, you will work directly with customers to design, document, and implement tailored solutions using the company’s innovative low-code AI agent builder and associated tools. You will collaborate closely with our internal team of expert AI engineers to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, leveraging their support when needed.
To excel in this position, you must possess strong customer success skills, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of the AI tool ecosystem. Staying up to date with the latest developments in AI is essential, as you will play a key role in helping organizations unlock the full potential of AI-powered automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Collaboration: Work one on one with customers to gather and understand their requirements, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Solution Design and Documentation: Design solutions based on customer needs and document detailed workflows for approval before implementation.
- Solution Implementation: Build and implement approved workflows using the company’s low-code AI agent builder and associated tools.
- Strong Analytic Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements, identify patterns, and design data-driven solutions to meet business needs.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, demonstrating strong customer success skills and ensuring satisfaction.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s internal team of expert AI engineers to obtain support and guidance on complex or custom solutions.
- Customer Success: Ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and provide measurable outcomes for customers.
Required Qualifications - Experience with Low-Code and RPA Tools: Demonstrated success working with low-code application builders and robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Python and JavaScript skills to enhance solution development and integrate with external systems effectively.
- API Integration: Work with JSON and RESTful APIs to integrate the company’s solutions with SaaS software products.
- Tool Proficiency: A working knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Entra, Teams, SharePoint, and the Office 365 ecosystem, as well as Google Workspace equivalents.
- AI Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in the AI ecosystem and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
